In Madagascar, women have far fewer job opportunities than men, making them often dependent on them. That is why initiatives like IBELIV are so important there. The IBELIV brand has been created by the same women for years. Every basket from the beginning to the end is a result of manual work of women craftsmen, who put all their heart into what they do. That is why every IBELIV product is signed on the label with the name of the woman who wove it.
