Making a complaint in person, you should deliver the defective product together with a proof of purchase and a completed complaint application to the selected 303 Avenue store

In the absence of a receipt, you should provide a statement of account confirming the product purchase transaction.

When filing a complaint by mail, send the defective product together with
with a completed complaint application to 303 AVENUE Sp. z o.o. Świętojańska 124 Street, 07-200 Wyszków.
