14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Returned goods must be intact with retained tags. We do not accept products bearing traces of use.

A) RETURNS WITHIN POLAND + EU
DHL RETURN
We encourage you to use the return label that is attached to your order. The return shipping cost, will be deducted from the returned amount.
In a package, next to your products you should find a return shipping label.
If you want to use our DHL easy return:
1. Fill out the return form. (download form)
2. Stick the label with the barcode in the place of the old shipping label.
3 Put the return form and the products you want to return into the envelope or box in which the order was delivered. Remember to put the return form in the package.
4. Go to DHL website https://dhl24.com.pl/zwroty/ and order a courier or bring your package to any of the DHL pickup points

THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER
The cost of the return, will be deducted from the returned amount.
Cost of return in Zone I (DHL) / Poland - 17 PLN
Cost of return in Zone I (INPOST - fast returns) / Poland - 14 PLN
Cost of return in Zone II / EU countries and North Iralndia - 50 PLN / 10 euros
Cost of return in Zone III / UK, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway - 120 PLN / 25 euro
Cost of return in Zone IV / United States - 250 PLN / 50 USD
RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
If you can't or don't want to use the convenient return option of DHL, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments. You make the return at your own expense and your own responsibility. The cost is not refundable.
For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We do not pay additional customs costs.
